(3-20-18) Stateline area bowlers picked up three of the four 2018 West Ohio High School Bowling Conference Bowlers of the Year.
Coldwater’s Emily Fortener was named the South Division’s top girls bowler , the Cav’s Evan Diller was named the top boys bowler in the South Division and Celina’s Nate Langenkamp was named the top bowler in the North Division.
Joining Fortener on the 1st team is two teammates, Alison Fox and Lauren Wenning, Emily Forsthoefel was selected on the 2nd team. Emily Sudhoff and Rachel Miller pick up Honorable Mention honors.
Other Stateline bowlers picking up honors, Celina’s Allison Lehman and Parkway’s Chanel Walls were named to the North 2nd team.
Honorable mention honors on the North team went to Celina’s Audree Gray.
GIRLS
Celina’s Nate Langenkamp helped lead the Bulldogs to a State Title and was named the North Division Bowler of the Year. He was joined on the 1st team by Buldog teammates Cole Cisco and Kolyn Wiehe. Celina’s Jordan Weis was a 2nd team selection and Parker Maurer picked up Honorable Mention honors
Coldwater’s Evan Diller was named the South Division Player of the Year, he was joined on the 1st team by three teammates, Caden Seitz, Jason Wenning and Michael Schoenerr. Alex Raffel picked up Honorable Mention honors.
Other Stateline are bowlers named, St. Henry teammates Trey Buehler and Logan Rindler were named to the 1st team, Jordan Thomas picked up 2nd team honors.
Ft. Recovery’s Gabe Grieshop and Jared Timmerman were named to the 2nd team, joining them was Marion Local’s Kendall Bruns. Two Flyers were named Honorable Mention, Matthew Prueter and Josh Applegate.
