Homestead (Indiana) recently won the Summit Athletic Conference Tournament.
(1-4-17) Riverdale (Tennessee) hangs on to the #1 spot in this week’s SSN National Girls HS Basketball Public School Rankings, picking up four wins, including a win over #17 Collins Hill (Georgia) in the State Farm Classic. Clovis West, #1 in several other national polls, hangs on to the #2 spot.
Making a big jump this week is Homestead (Indiana) as they jump nine spots to #5. The Spartans are led by Florida signee Karissa McGlaughlin.
Two new teams enter the rankings this week, Mason (Ohio) with a 9-0 record jumps up all the way to #11, while Hopkins (Minnesota) comes in at #15.
Homewood-Flossmoor (Illinois), 9-2, Millbrook (Raleigh, N.C.), 12-2 and
Ribault (Jacksonville, FL) 13-2 all dropped out.
