Baylor commit Cara Ursin and the Destrehan Wildcats -Saturday night, Jan. 7, at the Alario Center to beat Curtis, 68-61, in the Allstate Sugar Bowl National Prep Classic Championship.

(1-31-17) Not many changes is this week’s SSN National Girls HS Basketball Public School Rankings.

Riverdale continues to hold down the #1 spot, picking up three wins last week.

Two schools dropped out, Manasquan (NJ) picked up its first loss of the season, losing to Rutgers Prep 62-54. Iowa City High dropped out after one week in the rankings after losing their first game of the season to city rival Iowa City West 63-58.

No new schools entered this week’s rankings.
