It was Kenton Freshman Jayden Cornell (5’9 150lb WR), Cornell averaged 15.5 yards a catch and scored 9 receiving TDs on the year. It was an impressive year for the young receiver and he fits in perfect with the Wildcats run and gun passing tradition.
Cornell was highlighted today by scoutSmart Database for the score he received in their grading system.
Cornell is on target for at least 4,000 yards in receptions during his high school career. Next season will find his QB Jaron Sharp (6’3 190lb) returning for his Senior season. Sharp led the WBL in three passing catagories:
Rushing TD’s: Jaron Sharp, Kenton 14
Passing Yards: Jaron Sharp, Kenton 3,434 yards (343.4/game)
Passing TD’s: Jaron Sharp, Kenton 32
First Team Offense
Offensive Flex
Jaron Sharp – Kenton
2018 should be a season to watch these two hook up on Friday nights.
