(11-5-18) The MAC was well represented on the OHSVCA 2018 All State Volleyball Teams named this week.

Coldwater’s Lauren Gilliland was named to the D III first team, the Junior middle hitter was recently named the MAC Player of the Year. Also representing the MAC was Versailles’ Elizabeth Ording who was named to the 2nd team, she will compete with state-bound Tigers’ team next week in Dayton.

The D IV all state squad had three MAC members named to the 1st team, Marion Local’s Carrie Fesenmeyer (Sr), St. Henry’s Addy Vaughn (Jr) and New Bremen’s Macy Puthoff (Jr).

Four more MAC members were named to the 2nd team, St. Henry’s Hannah Bruns (Jr), two Ft. Recovery Indians Cassidy Martin (Sr) and Madison Rammel (Sr) and New Bremen’s Rachael Kremer (Sr).

Picking up third teams honors is New Knoxville’s Tasia Lauth (Sr).

Picking up Honorable Mention Honors is St. Henry’s Carleigh Deitsch and Marion Local’s Aubrey Thobe.
