(4-23-20) From 1984-2000, Coach Leonard Rush’s Lima Senior teams made six trips to the playoffs, went to the state semifinals in 1989, won a D I state championship in 1996 and finished with 109 victories. in 2013 the Lima Senior football practice field is named in his honor– Leonard Rush Athletic Facilities
Rush passed away on Wednesday.
