(1-17-24) Saturday night Emmanuel Christian beat Maumee Valley Country Day 71-63. But the post-game ended in an altercation that would mar the night…including verbal and physical exchanges by players, fans who ran onto the court and one adult that threw punches at a Miami Valley student. Police were called to the gym, and fans were asked to leave the gym.

The ending of the game…

In the overtime Maumee Valley’s CJ Majors was called for an offensive foul on an inbound play with 1.2 seconds left…Maumee Valley coach Dontaviyon Fleming would be hit with two straight technical fouls and was ejected from the game.

Emmanuel Christian’s Jalen Brown would shoot six straight free throws…two for the foul and two for each technical foul…that ended with a Warriors 71-63 win.
