(2-4-24) It has been a wild couple of weeks in Indiana high school boys basketball…on Thursday night #1 undefeated Lawrence North was knocked off by Carmel 42-35, with that loss the Wildcats dropped to the #2 spot behind this week’s new #1 team Fishers.
#6 Greenfield-Central now is the only undefeated team remaining in the Top 20 at 18-0.
Not so fast...the main story this week is Carmel, who has won five games in a row, including Lawrence North, Fishers and Ben Davis. The Greyhounds are hitting their season ending stride…they have to be one of the best 9-9 teams in the US.
Carmel enters the Top 20 at #16…they show why basketball is special in Indiana…’Hoosier Hysteria‘.
