(3-31-24) The Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association has selected Colin White as Mr. OHSBCA for the 2023-2024 basketball season.

Colin White is a 6’6″ guard, led Ottawa-Glandorf to a record of 24-4. White averaged 25 points pergame, 8.1 rebounds per game, and 3.9 assists per game this past season. He shot 55% from the field overall, including 43% from behind the arc.

This season, White eclipsed the 2,000 point mark in his career and became the first Putnam County player to achieve this milestone.
White, an Ohio State University commit, was also named Mr. Basketball by the Prep Sportswriters Association.

“Colin White is everything that you could ask for in a playerto represent your program. He is a worker who always puts team success in front ofindividual success. He spent countless hours in the gym working on his craft and took his game and our program to the next level.”
District 8 Director Aaron Elwer stated-
“Congratulations to Colin White on being named Mr.OHSBCA! Colin has had an incredible season as well as a historic career at Ottawa-Glandorf High School. Off the court Colin is mature, humble and a very well-spoken young man. This honor is well-deserved and all of District 8 looks forward to following Colin’s career at the next level.”
