(4-11-24) Today on TXitter Bath announced that pending board approval that Dre White, a 2010 Bath graduate, will be the new boys basketball coach. White is the 3rd head coach in the past three seasons.
White replaces Kirk Looser after one season as the Wildcats head coach…Looser had replaced Sean Powell who took over the Lima Central Catholic boys program.
White leaves Upper Scioto Valley after being hired in May of 2021. He led the Rams this season to a 9-0 NWCC record and the outright conference title and 15-9 record for the regular season and 51-20 over three seasons.
White coached at Ada for four seasons, from 2016-2020, with a 24-70 overall record… including a 10-14 season in 2019-2020. Before taking the job at Ada, he spent two seasons as an assistant at Allen East.
