(5-13-24) The 22nd IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase basketball events have been set for June 13 and June 28.

The 2024 girls’ IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase will be Thursday, June 13 at Ben Davis High School. The 2024 boys’ IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase will be Friday, June 28 at Ben Davis High School.

Staged by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association with support from the Indiana High School Athletic Association and presented by Ballogy, the Underclass Showcase events are designed to give exposure to approximately 252 of the top basketball prospects from across the state (120 boys, 131 girls) to colleges across the state and nation.

The 2024 Girls’ Showcase will be conducted in one session. It will begin at 12:30 p.m. and run until about 5:35 p.m. The 2024 Boys’ Showcase will be conducted in two sessions — the first session starting at 11:00 a.m. and running until about 2:45 p.m. and the second session starting at 3:00 p.m. and running until about 6:45 p.m.

Both Showcase events are being held during the NCAA’s “scholastic viewing period,” which allows coaches from NCAA Division I programs to attend in person.

The Showcase events are open to the public. Admission is $5 per person per day for spectators. IBCA-member coaches will be admitted at no charge by showing their IBCA membership card.

The planned agendas for each day, players who are expected to participate and coaches who are expected to work the events are listed below. (Note: The list of players is subject to change if a player is injured or if his/her personal schedule is modified for some reason. The list below is the most up-to-date available, as of May 13, 2024.)

The people overseeing these events for the IBCA are Kristi Sigler of Jennings County and Jane Schott of West Lafayette for the 2024 Girls’ Showcase as well as Michael Adams of Evansville Reitz and David Wood of West Lafayette for the 2024 Boys’ Showcase.

Again, please note the same location for girls’ and boys’ events: The 2024 Girls’ Showcase and the 2024 Boys’ Showcase events both will be at Ben Davis High School, 1200 N. Girls School Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46214. (This is a change from 2023 when the Boys’ Showcase was held at Brownsburg High School.)
