(5-29-24) The St. Henry Track and Field Team celebrated the past season with an awards banquet last night.
Head Coach Matt Thobe commented on all of the Redskins who won awards last night.

MVP’s
Ryan Wehrley (Sr) helped lead our sprinters/jumpers this season. He long jumped 20’10” and anchored our regional finals 4×100 and 4×200 to podium finishes. He leaves our program with the 4×100 and 4×200 school records.
Rileigh Baumer (Sr) made a huge impact this season. She broke the school record in the 1600, 800, and is on the school record 4×200 team! Her hard work and grit has shown through this season and paid off.
Best Runner Awards. Karlee Buschur is the school record holder in the 300 Hurdles and is on the 4×200 school record team. In Cole Kaiser’s freshman season, he broke our freshman 200 record and was a key piece in our regional final 4×100 and 4×200 teams.
Best Field Event Awards. Ellie Fullenkamp consistently hit 5 ft this year in high jump. Her season best was 5’2” and her lifetime best is 5’4”. She also hit 15’11” in the long jump. Carson Harrod consistently hit 20’ jumps all year with some pushing 21’.
