Botkins Names New Baseball Coach

(6-29-24) The Botkins Board of Education approved the hiring of a new baseball coach this past week, Gabe Coil, who was a former assistant coach at Wapakoneta. Also hired as an assistant coach was Kaleb Coil, who is Gabe’s son.

Coil was a Wapakoneta coach for 19 years.

Coil replaces Tod Johnson who steps down after just one season, the Trojans went 3-19 and 2-10 in the Shelby County League.
