Hometown Stations Hires St. Marys Grad As New Sports Director, Returns To Lima

(8-21-24) This week Hometown Stations announced that Adam Solomon would be the new sports director. Solomon returns to Lima after an earlier stint in 2012 before leavings.

During his time away from Lima he has worked in TVsports at WAKA News (Montgomery and Selma, Ala) and at WCJB TV20 News (Gainesville, Florida) and is a St. Marys grad.

Others sports anchors include…Tony Quach and Dylan Theisen, who both have been kept early with the start of the fall sports season.

He replaces Dave Cesefske who has been in Lima since July of 2022. According to his LinkedIn account he was looking to return to Michigan where he had held positions in the past.

Cesefske is still listed on the Hometown Stations web site as the sports director as of this posting.
