(8-23-24) Yesterday Coldwater student-athlete Cale Wenning passed away yesterday nearly two weeks after he was involved in an electric bike crash. Wenning would have started his Senior year earlier this week and would have been a member of the Cavalier football team when they start the 2024 season tonight at home against Valley View.
Area schools have shown support for the Coldwater community and his family in this time of grieving.
