Marion Local’s consecutive win #54 tied them with the the team they beat on Friday, Versailles. for 3rd place all-time in Ohio. the Tigers streak took place from 1993 to 1996.

The Flyers have three shut-outs in six games, defensively they have have given up just 22 points and on offense they have scored 45 or more points in every win.

Mt. Airy had the closest call this weekend beating Starmount 17-14, the game was played on Saturday night at Starmount High School as a result of Hurricane Helene’s impacts on North Carolina.

Three shutouts this week, plus all but one of the teams scored 44 or more points to extend streaks.
