Fishers Remains #1 In IBCA Boys Basketball Poll

(1-5-25) Fishers (12-0) picked up all 22 1st place votes in this week’s IBCA Boys Basketball Poll.

Lawrence North (8-1) is #2, Crown Point (7-0) is #3, Indianapolis Cathedral (9-2) is #4 and Greenfield-Central (8-2) #5.

The remaining Top 10 teams are…#6 Northridge (10-0), #7 South Bend St. Joseph (9-1), #8 Carmel (6-3), #9 Ben Davis (8-2) and #10 Anderson (8-1).

The remaining teams in the Top 20 have all lost at least 1 game.

Four teams receiving votes remain undefeated…Brownstown Central (9-0), Evansville Reitz (8-0), Northview (11-0) and Wapahani (10-0).

Below are results of the IBCA boys basketball poll Jan. 5, 2025). The IBCA poll is a “non-class” poll, where teams are voted to a Top 20 regardless of school classification.

There are 22 panelists who vote for the poll — one voter each from the 16 regionals and six at-large voters (two each from IHSAA Districts 1, 2 and 3).
