Undefeated Fishers Remains #1 In IBCA Boys Basketball Poll

(2-23-25) As the regular season winds doubt it is no secret that Fishers stands out in Indiana High School Basketball this season.

The Tigers (23-0) stand as the only undefeated team remaining in Indiana, they play their final regular season game on Tuesday at North Central.

Tigers closed out the HCC a perfect 7-0, going unbeaten in the HCC for the 2nd straight season and the 3rd time in the last 4 years. The conference championship is the 4th in the last 5 years and the 5th in school history.

Tonight the ping-pong balls during the State Tournament blind draw did not do them any favors as they will play this week’s #4 team Westfield (17-3) in 4A match-up at the Carmel Sectional.

Below are results of the IBCA basketball poll for Feb. 9, 2025. The IBCA poll is a “non-class” poll, where teams are voted to a Top 20 regardless of school classification.

There are 22 panelists who vote for the poll — one voter each from the 16 regionals and six at-large voters (two each from IHSAA Districts 1, 2 and 3).
