“Please head to your cars in an orderly fashion and go home.”
(9-13-25) The Urbana Daily Citizen reported that the Graham and Urbana game last night was suspended after a threat was made toward the stadium just as the teams prepared to take the field for the second half with Graham leading 40-27.

Players were sent back to their locker rooms and fans exited the stadium. The stadium cleared in under 20 minutes… with law enforcement assisting with the evacuation.
The Champaign County Sheriff’s Office stopped the game out of precaution, citing public safety as the top priority.
Graham Athletic Director Tom Milligan
“Unfortunately, in the day and age that we are in, craziness happens, and we have to comply. We will resume the game (on Saturday) at 10 a.m.”
