Celina native and Ohio State grad Sam Houseworth has been selected to officiate at this weekend’s Illinois High School Association (IHSA) State Volleyball finals.

TOURNAMENT CENTRAL: 2025 IHSA Girls Volleyball State Finals

It is the 3rd time for Houseworth {Girls twice/Boys once} in 4 years…this year he will be the Floor Official {Coaches Table and Ladder guy for his matches}, 2 on Friday and 2 Saturday}.

Houseworth is also a football, baseball and softball official.

He also is a part of the Stateline Sports Network where he is known for his ranking system of many sports.
