UPDATED—

(6-17-17)  Today at Carmel, Indiana (Cherry Tree Softball Complex) at the ICGSA North-South All Star game. Augsburger came into game one in the 6th inning with the scored tied 8-8. She pitched two scoreless innings giving up just one hit and striking-out one to end the 7th.  In the bottom of the inning the North would score a run on a passed ball to win the game for Augsburger.  She also played in the field at 1st base and in Right field, in three plate appearances she went 0-2 with a walk

(6-16-17) – South Adams’ Katelin Augsburger will represent the Starfires in the ICGSA North/South All-Star Softball Game in Carmel (double header) on Saturday.

Augsburger was named First Team All-State for 1A/2A schools. This honor she is one of  20 seniors to represent the North in the All-Star Game. The game is made up players from all four classes 1A-4A.

Miss Indiana will be named in between games of the double header tomorrow.

Augsburger, a first team All ACAC member, finished her senior season with 17 wins  and 272 strikeouts. Augsburger will continue her career at St. Francis in the fall.
