(12-6-17) Eating healthy can help Ohio and West Virginia student athletes get a competitive edge, according to Ohio State football analyst Jim Lachey, in a recent American Dairy Association video.

Lachey, who played his high school football at St. Henry, talks about the value of chocolate milk in connection with the Ohio High School Athletic Association and West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission promotion.

Lachey was also an All-American at Ohio State, played in the Super Bowl and was an All-Pro for the Washington Redskins.
