Parkway wrest warming up

(12-9-17) Parkway won the 2017 Lancer Invitational in the 12 team meet edging out Ada 232.5-209. Celina was 9th with 95 points.

Three wrestlers picked up titles for the black and gold:

  • Preston Browning who pinned Mark Rice of Delphos Jefferson in the 120lb weight class.
  • Reese Fokine won in the 152lb division in 3-2 descision of Celina’s Ethan Ly.
  • Kaine Younker beat Van Wert’s Ryan Pratt in 160 lb class.

Winning in place matches:

  • 106 lb – Treya Conn finished third
  • 113 lb – Tristen McKee
  • 132 lb – Abe Meyer finished third
  • 138 lb – Brendan Etzcorn finished fifth
  • 145 lb – Reid Etzcorn finished third

Winning in place matches for Celina:

  • 120 lb Jake Burd finished third
