(1-10-19) Parkway is the second school this week in the Stateline area to lose a Varsity Head Football Coach after just one season. At the recent Parkway BOE meeting it was announced that Dusty Rutledge has resigned and will be headed back to college football in a coaching role at Old Miss of the Southeastern Conference. Rutledge is a Parkway grad.

Parkway School Superintendent Jeanne Osterfeld stated that the search for a new coach will most likely take place starting next week. According to Osterfeld her main concern is for the Juniors who will have had their third coach in three years.

Rutledge led the Panthers to a 1-7 conference record and 1-9 record overall in 2018.
