MacMillan is a 2012 South Central graduate, was a third baseman for the Sectional Champion Satellites, a four-year letter winner in softball. She was named MVP of her team during her freshman, sophomore, and senior years, while leading the team in hitting in all three of those campaigns. Snyder also holds the South Central record for RBI in a season (51). She is an All-State Nominee and was invited to participate in the North-South All-Star game. Snyder is a member of the Technical Honor Society and National Honor Society and was named Most Outstanding Vocational Student.
LaCrosse is scheduled to play Washington Township this afternoon and Culver Academies on Thursday.
MacMillan’s dad is the current Tigers baseball coach ,Eric Snyder, who has a coaching style based on discipline.
Snyder expects his Tigers to say “Yes Sir” and “Yes Ma’am” and to keep their hair neat and jerseys tucked in. School work is a priority.
Snyder has said in the past-
“Today’s society shies away from discipline. There’s a way to win and it does take discipline.”
