(10-21-22) This year Mercer County shined in girls volleyball…Celina won its 2nd consecutive Western Buckeye League (WBL) title, while Coldwater shared the Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC) title with New Bremen.
Celina’s Brooklyn Bourne (Capt.• OH, MH • Sr. • 5′ 8″) has been named the SSN Mercer County Most Valuable Player. Season stats – Sets Played-290, Kills-743, Hitting %-.249,Total Blocks-149 and Digs-801. Bourne has been a 4-year varsity player for the Bulldogs.
