Three Rivers Conference Adds Lewis Cass

(4-25-23) The Three Rivers Conference after suddenly ‘dumping’ Tippecanoe Valley has added Lewis Cass to take their place as the 10th member.

After giving Tippecanoe Valley several ultimatums on their future status in the TRC, by an 8-0-1 vote they were voted out at the end of the spring season. The Vikings will be an independent starting in the fall. The move most likely was to get the commitment from Lewis Cass.

With the change the Hoosier Conference will be made up of the following schools – Hoosier Conference: Benton Central, Hamilton Heights, Lafayette Central Catholic, Northwestern, Rensselaer Central, Tipton, Twin Lakes, West Lafayette and Western. The nine remaining members will now scramble to fill schedules for the upcoming season to replace them.
