(8-18-23) Former Celina resident Eric Carr recently was named the Girls Head Basketball Coach at Sallisaw (Ok). Carr is coming off a successful tenure at Piedmont.

Carr’s dad, Mark, was a member of Celina’s 1972 basketball team that made it to Ohio’s Basketball Final Four.

Carr will also serve at Sallisaw as the boys and girls golf coach.
