(11-20-23) The drama continues for the Parkway football program.
Former Parkway Football Coach Jake Circle was indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on November 16th – Indictment
- 3rd degree felony charge of Tampering with Evidence
- 1st degree misdemeanor charge of falsification.
The alleged incidents occurred between September and October of this year. The indictment alleges Circle , knowing that an official proceeding or investigation was in progress, or was about to be or likely to be instituted, unlawfully altered, destroyed, concealed, or removed any record, document, or thing, with purpose to impair its value or availability as evidence in such proceeding or investigation.
Circle is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday November 29th at 9 am. He has not been arrested at this time.
