(3-5-24) According to a wrestling website Coldwater’s Austin Hamilton (Sr) was given just a 1% chance of qualifying for state at 132lbs in the D III District Tournament at Hobart Arena. They were 99% wrong and Hamilton is on his way to Columbus this weekend for the OHSAA D III State Wrestling Championships.

Hamilton will wrestle the Heath D III District Champion Cowin Becker in his first match. Becker earned a district title for Northmor at 132 pounds, winning all four of his matches to improve to 49-1 on the season.
