(12-31-25) Versailles athletic director Scott Broerman has been named the new Tigers head football coach.

Broerman is a 2005 Versailles grad who played football for Hall of Fame coach Al Herrick.
After graduating from Versailles, Broerman went to Brookville for five years as the athletic director. While at Brookville he was an assistant football coach and for three seasons he was the Brookville varsity baseball coach. He has been at Versailles since 2018 as the athletic director and he will remain in that position.
Broerman replaces Ryan Jones who had been the head coach for seven years.
During his time Jones compiled a 54-30 record including a state championship in 2021 when Versailles defeated Kirtland 20-16, handing the Hornets their only loss of the season.
