(12-4-21) Kirtland came into tonight’s D V state title game hoping to win its 4th consecutive OHSAA state football title and a nation leading 55 game consecutive winning streak. Both streaks came to an end tonight. Versailles would lead from start to finish to beat the Hornets .

The Hornets made a fourth quarter rally scoring the final 13 points of the game.
