(1-19-26) Rockford Lutheran’s Soraya Parker has had a career to remember.
Parker was the Crusaders starting point guard during her freshman season. Averaging 17 points per a game, and was named to the 2nd team All-Big Northern Conference (BNC).
During her sophomore season she averaged 21 points per game and passed the 1,000-point career mark.

In her junior year Parker was named 1st team All-State by the coaches and by the media and also hit the 2,000-point plateau.

This season she passed Stephanie Raymond as the all-time girls scoring leader at Lutheran and she also passed Thomas Kopelman as the all-time overall scoring leader.

As of this week she has over 2,550 points…passing Freeport Aquin’s Sophie Brunner who ended her career with 2,542 points.
After graduation she will move on to play her college ball at D II Palm Beach Atlantic University.
