(4-7-26) In March Cloverleaf High School announced announced on March 14th , 2026.that it was leaving the Metro Athletic Conference… to join the Principals Athletic Conference (PAC) beginning for the 2028-29 school year.

The Colts have been vagabonds when it comes to settling into an athletic conference —

  • charter members Chippewa Conference 1963-1977
  • Pioneer Conference 1977-1997.
  • members of the Suburban League from 1997 to 2015
  • members of the Portage Trail Conference beginning in 2015
  • founding member of the Metro Athletic Conference in 2020

In 2028, member schools for the PAC are expected to be: Canton South, Cloverleaf, Coventry, Manchester, Northwest, Orrville, Triway and West Holmes. West Holmes is also scheduled to join in 2028. Cloverleaf and West Holmes received invitations to join the PAC following the announcement by Fairless and Tuslaw that they were leaving to become members schools in the Northeast Senate League.
