(6-3-26) Tonight at Mt. Vernon it was the Indiana Junior-Senior All-Stars boys and girls basketball games.

In boys action the Indiana Senior All-Stars held on to beat the Indiana Junior All-Stars 105-100.

For the Seniors...Luke Ertel 20 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists. Dikembe Shaw 18 points, Brady Scholl 17 points, nine rebounds and 5 blocks , Noah Smith 13 points, eight rebounds, Dane Caldwell 10 points, Baron Walker nine points, 10 rebounds.

Mr. Basketball Luke Ertel of Mt. Vernon (Fortville) tied a  boys’ Junior-Senior series single-game record with 10 assists. He now shares that records with Brandon McPherson of Lawrence North (2001 seniors), Mike Conley of Lawrence North (2005 juniors) and Joel Okafor of Richmond (2015 seniors).

For the Juniors...Jason Gardner Jr. 21 points, eight assists for Juniors. Cooper Zachary 17 points, four rebounds, Harper Baker-Lands 13 points, four rebounds, Da’Kori Parker 13 points
