Surgery Update for Parker…Thursday evening 8/27
God is Good!

Parker’s surgery went PERFECTLY. Doc is closing right now but PRAISE GOD!!!!! He will be in Neuro ICU for a few days, but will be able to start PT tomorrow!!!!

After the few days here, he will go to Dodd Hall, the rehab at Wexner Medical.

Sie and Gary feel so happy, comfortable and confident about where he is and his care.

PRAISE GOD!!! PARKER’S SURGERY IS OVER AND IT WENT FANTASTIC!

His C3–C5 laminoplasty was successful, and we are just so incredibly thankful.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to every single person who stopped what you were doing and prayed over our boy today. We felt those prayers surrounding him and us through every minute of this surgery.

We are so grateful for Dr. Xu and the incredible team at OSU Wexner Medical Center who cared for Parker today. God truly placed him in wonderful hands.

Now we move into recovery and then the hard work of rehabilitation.

Tonight, though, we are simply praising God for answered prayers and this BIG step forward.

Thank you, Lord, for continuing the work of Your hands in our Parker.
