Last week’s #3 Centennial lost to IMG Academy, a nationally recruited power, 40-20. The Huskies remain in the Top 10, but drop all the way to the bottom of the list.
Two new schools enter the Top 10, they replace East St. Louis and Liberty, who both lost on Friday night.
Cartersville enters at #8, led by the top QB in the US, Trevor Lawrence. The Purple Hurricanes handled Calhoun County 58-6. Lawrence only played into the 2nd quarter and left the game with a 51-0 lead. The win was the 33rd consecutive win in a row.
The other new school to enter the rankings is #9 Sheridan, who beat Cheyenne Central 37-7.
