St. Henry’s #9 Tyler Schlarman

(10-11-17)  Ft. Recovery’s Will Homan, had a 300+ rushing game against Delphos St. John’s last week, he now needs just 602 yards in the three remaining regular season games to reach 2,000 yards rushing for the season.  Homan is averaging 200 yards a game, making it a possibility. The Indians will play Marion Local this Friday night, followed by New Bremen and St. Henry. He would join Marion Local’s Marc Otte (2,110 – 2006) and Doug Speck (2,068 – 1993) as the only 2,000 yard rushers in a single season in Mercer County.

Can QB’s pass in Mercer County? Yep. Two other QBs join Coldwater’s Sam Broering passing (1,126) for over 1,000 yards after seven games.

St. Henry’s Daylon Lange, in a tough loss to Anna last Friday, now has 1,075 yards passing on the season, right behind him is Marion Local’s Nate Bruns with 1,055.

On the defensive side, Parkway’s Nick Hawk and Marion Local’s Ben Homan lead the county in tackles with 68.
