(2-12-18) U.S. Olympic runner Emily Infeld loves the taste of milk—and it fuels her training. Hear the Cleveland native chat with high school runner and Ohio dairy farmer’s daughter, Kelsey Broering, who is a top cross country runner at Marion Local, about how milk builds champions.

The video was a promotion done by ADA Mideast promoting the values of drinking milk. The group features Ohio and West Virginia dairy farmers and helps to learn about cow care and milk safety, get recipes and see how milk and dairy foods play a role in a healthy diet.

This past fall Broering, who is a Sophomore,  was an All-MAC cross country runner finishing fifth, she also went on to State and finished 30th at the D III Ohio High School State Championships.
