When will you guys learn that it is not the price of the ticket as much as the PRIVATE schools have no town or community to follow them. Just look at the crowd the Division 4 teams will have – they are public schools and have the community support!!! The Private schools have no followers. Our team played Purcell Marion in the Regional semifinals and they had 2 kids – that is right – 2 – in the cheering section. They have to bus in kids for the finals to get anyone there Our school had 3/4 of the arena because public. The competitive claus you came up with is not working!! Make 2 divisions for Private and keep the 4 for Public. Watch the crowds increase then!!! You know this to be the truth but you won’t act on it – so don’t whine about the attendance – you control the answer!! Thank you
