(9-21-19) Joe Eitel’s Week 4 Rankings starts to show some interesting playoff races.
Two Stateline area teams lead their regions, in D III Region 12 Wapakoneta opens up a sizeable lead over Chaminade-Julienne, thanks to being the only 4-0 team. That should make the next six weeks interesting for the rest of the pack.
Greenville who has not been in the playoffs since 1996 starts off the season in their new league (Miami Valley League) with a 3-1 record and #6 this week in the region.

Coldwater and Anna are 1-2 in D VI Region 23 both with 4-0 records, both with 4-0 records. Those two will meet on Week 7 (10-18-19) at Anna. Minster who moved up to D VI this season, after a 38-20 loss to Coldwater last night is lodged in a playoff spot at #8.
In Region 28 in D V II, New Miami (3-0) lands in 1st place just ahead of Marion Local. The Vikings are actually 4-0 on the season, but their week 2 win over Landmark Christian (not an OHSAA member) does not count in the rankings. Waynesfield-Goshen is off to a 4-0 start and is the #4 spot. The other Auglaize County team in playoff contention is New Bremen (3-1) at #6.
