(7-5-20) According to a memo sent to OHSAA member schools today from Executive Director Jerry Snodgrass, a recent court ruling will now allow participation in Residential Team Camps. No details are available on what court proceedings caused the change.
The order placing restrictions on teams camps was a part of the Phase 2 reopening.
In the memo, sent out today, the OHSAA says it has no jurisdiction over team camps. The OHSAA says participants will be no consequences to any individuals attending or participating in these camps.
The revised orders will be released soon by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.
