Coldwater Wins MAC Golf Tournament, Minster Picks Up Conference Title

(9-26-20) Today at the Mercer County Elks Club Coldwater picked up the Midwest Athletic Conference Boys Golf Tournament title shooting a team total of 344, just three strokes back was Delphos St. John’s with a 347.

Coldwater’s Carson Muhlenkamp was Tournament medalist shooting an 18 hole total of 76. St. John’s Jack Gerker was 3 strokes back in 2nd place with a 79.

Minster wins the overall MAC title picking up 18 points during regular season matches and 14 points for placing 3rd in the tournament fora total of 32 points…just 2 points ahead of Coldwater and Delphos St. John’s who both had 30 points.

2020 MAC Golf Champions – Minster

Minster’s Joseph Magoto was named MAC PLayer of the Year totaling a 153.5 points based on regular season and tournament results. Just one point back was the Cavs Carson Muhlenkamp with 152.5 points, followed the Blue Jays Jack Gerker 152 points.
