In Ohio…according to sources the OHSAA met with ‘computer points’ guru Joe Eitel last week on how to handle the situation and can cancellations. The playoffs have been expanded to 16 teams in each reason, could that be put on hold until 2022?

Indiana, whose playoffs include all IHSAA members, is also facing numerous cancellations…but the impact of scheduling changes will not change the format.
Neighboring Illinois is facing a battle with a mask mandate placed by Democrat Governor JB Pritzker. Schools who don’t comply with the mandate will not be allowed to compete in any Illinois High School Association sporting events.
