(4-27-22) According to multiple sources Blackford grad Luke Brown has entered the transfer portal and will leave Ball State after a partial season. Brown transferred before the start of last season from Stetson University.
It doesn’t come as a complete shock since a new coach, Michael Lewis, was hired to take over the helm at Ball State.
While Brown is leaving several other Ball State players, freshmen Payton Sparks, Jaylin Sellers and Basheer Jihad, have decided to stay after announcing they would enter the transfer portal. All three decided to stay after Lewis was hired.
