A breakdown of seeds and records of the remaining schools-

Eight #1 seeds in all eight classes are still remaining, only 3A and 4A have no remaining top seeds. 1A and 2A both have two #1 seeds remaining.

Double-digit seeds remaining include Forreston a #10 seed in 1A, in 4A Providence Catholic is a #13 seed and in 5A Nazareth Academy is a #11 seed.

Of the four teams remaining in 7A three of them are in double-digits, including #11 seed Lake Zurich, #12 seed St. Rita and the lowest seed in all eight classes is #18 seed Batavia.

Nine private schools still remaining in the playoffs, 4A includes three of those schools Providence Catholic, St. Francis and Sacred Heart-Griffin.

The average seed of all 32 teams is 4.72.

Twelve schools remain with 12-0 records, 1A and 2A both have three schools with undefeated seasons going. Three schools have 8-4 records, one in 1A, one in 4A and one in 5A.
