(12-13-22) At last night’s Parkway Local Schools Board of Education meeting the board approved the resignation of Head Football Coach Joel Henkle. The position is presently posted and the district will be accepting applications until January 6th, 2023.

Henkle took the position in March of 2019, replacing Rob Rutledge. Before taking the head job Henkle also coached junior high football at Parkway for four years and for two years at the varsity level.

Henkle’s best season was 2019, pre-pandemic, with a 4-6 overall record.
