2023 All-Northwest Conference Softball Team Named, Allen East’s Savana Brooks Named POY

(5-18-23) The 2023 All-Northwest Conference (NWC) softball team was announced.

On a Senior dominated 1st team, Allen East’s Savana Brooks, a Junior, was named the NWC Player of the Year. Brooks broke two school single-season records this season including RBIs and HRs She was joined on the 1st team by teammate Nikki Thaxton.

Eight of the first team members were Seniors.

Crestview’s Carl Etzler was named the Coach of the Year for leading the Knights to the NWC title.

Crestview placed three members on the 1st team Olivia Heckler,Katelyn Castle and Megan Mosier.
