Visiting Judge Andrew Logan separated the brothers’ case from the other four transfers and will rule Friday, Oct. 9 — after written closing arguments — the same day the unbeaten Tigers host San Antonio Cornerstone Christian.

Four Tigers got their answer: running back Gary Yeager, tackle Micah Walker, and safety Dey’Veair Adams remain protected by the Sept. 25 restraining order, so all three can play Friday. Tight end Da’Shaun Williams was already cleared by the OHSAA.

The OHSAA ruled the Feisters ineligible Sept. 28 and says they were offered an expedited appeal Oct. 2 that they didn’t pursue. Families’ attorney Lee Plakas will keep making their case in the written closings.

Friday morning the judge decides. Friday night Massillon plays. Whether the Tigers’ two best players dress is now on the clock.
