(4-16-17) Camp Hill’s (Pa) Wyatt Beddow  (Jr. 6’3 RHP) is this week’s SSN National Baseball Player of the Week.

Beddow, a Penn State commit,  hasn’t allowed an earned run in his last two starts
over 14 innings, striking out 25 in the process.  In his last start against Middletown, a 3-0 shut-out complete game win, Beddow struck out 14.

Lions Head Coach Mike Acey told pennlive.com:

“The umpire in the Middletown game was telling me that his breaking ball was just on the corner of the white of the plate. Not even the black. But it was there every time. He said he was just hanging the players up.”

Beddow was named to this years Rawlings Sports Pre-Season Underclass All-American 3rd team.
